Refund policy

ANO LIFE™ offers a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Contact us at info@ano-life.com to start the process. 

Wholesale Products: We appreciate your business and value your satisfaction. Kindly note that, in line with our wholesale policies, returns on Wholesale Products are not possible. However, we're committed to finding a resolution that addresses any concerns you may have. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@ano-life.com, and we'll work diligently to explore a suitable solution for the matter at hand. Your feedback is important to us, and we're here to assist you in any way we can.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported upon receipt, and we will address the issue promptly.

Please note that certain items, like perishables, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.

If you're in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling off period for returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, with processing times varying for banks and credit cards.
